Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Garlic Cloves
• 1/2 cup – chopped Onion
• Salt as per taste
• Pepper as per taste
• 1/4 – chopped Parsley
• 4 cups – Chicken stock
• 1/4 – grated cheese
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – plain flour

Method:

  1. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Heat butter in a pan.
  3. Saute onion and garlic till they are tender and light brown on slow flame.
  4. Add flour and stir for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add stock and bring to boil.
  6. Add salt, pepper and parsley.
  7. Let it simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Pour soup in serving bowls.
  9. Garnish with grated cheese and serve.
