Ingredients:
• 2 cups – French beans (chopped into bite sized pieces)
• 5 to 6 – Garlic Cloves (sliced)
• 2 – Red Chillies (broken into small pieces) or 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Oil
• Salt
Method:
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and stir fry till it turns translucent and gives off a nice aroma.
- Add red chillies and cook for a minute.
- Add french beans and mix.
- Add some water and salt and cook covered till done.
- Serve warm as an accompaniment to rice or roti.
