
Ingredients:
• 150g Corn
• 4 tsp Ghee
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
• 8 to 10 Saffron strands
• 2 tsp chopped Almonds and Pistachios
• 10 to 12 chopped fried Cashew nuts
Method:
- Without adding water, grind corn in mixer.
- In a pan, heat ghee, fry corn till golden brown and ghee leaves the sides.
- Now add milk and sugar and mix it continuously on a low flame.
- After the halwa leaves the sides of the pan, add saffron, cardamom powder and dry fruits.
- Serve hot.
