
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour/atta
• 1 cup – Maida
• Salt and water as needed
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 cup – Ghee
Method:
- Knead a soft dough with maida, atta, salt, and water.
- Set aside for one hour.
- Make small balls of the dough.
- Roll out into round chapatti.
- Spread 1/2 tsp ghee on the rolled out chapatti and fold into a triangle.
- Roll out, dusting with atta into triangular parathas.
- Heat a tawa. Place the paratha on it and spread some oil and allow it to brown.
- Turn over and cook till brown spots appear on the other side also.
- Serve hot.
