Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 tbsp – Garlic
• 100 gm – Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – ajinomoto
• 300 gm – Onions
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – orange-red color
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 lime, Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• salt as require
• 1.5 cup- oil
• salad and Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Cut the chicken and marinate it with lemon juice, soya sauce, coloring and salt for 2 hrs.
- Grind together ginger, garlic and onions and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown and keep aside.
- Reheat oil.
- Add ground paste and fry till fragrant.
- Add chilly powder, ajinomoto, vinegar, pepper powder and tomato sauce.
- Add salt and chicken and stir till chicken pieces are well coated with the gravy and allow it to cook.
- You can also add chicken stock and cook.
- Garnish with salad and coriander leaves and serve.
