
Ingredients:
• 2 inch piece – fresh Ginger
• 1 – Lemon juice, extracted
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – sugar, ground
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper, freshly ground
• 1 – small green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Crush ginger and extract the juice.
- Put all ingredients and ginger juice into a bottle.
- Shake well to blend and refrigerate till required.
- Serve as dressing on salads
