Ingredients:

• 250 gm- Ginger/Garlic
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Clean, peel and grind Ginger/Garlic, salt to a fine paste.
  2. Use minimum or no water.
  3. Heat oil, add Ginger/Garlic, stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Take off fire.
  5. Cool and bottle in airtight jar.
  6. Use as required.
