Ingredients:

• 1 cup – fresh grated Coconut
• 3/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• 2 inch to 3 inch piece – fresh Ginger
• 2 cups – curds
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 3 to 4 – Curry leaves
• a pinch – Hing
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind grated coconut, pepper powder, and ginger to a smooth paste.
  2. Add curd and salt and mix well. If the mixture becomes very thick, add water to get the desired consistency.
  3. Temper mustard, hing, and curry leaves and add to the mixture.
  4. Serve with hot rice.
