
Ingredients:
• 100g – fresh tender Ginger
• 100g – Tamarind
• 2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• a little – Asafetida
• 1 tbsp – Urad Dal
• 8-12 – Red Chilli
Method:
- Wash the ginger, peel and cut into small pieces. Grind it with tamarind, salt and red chilli.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, urad dal and asafoetida powder.
- Add ground paste and cook for 5 mins on a low flame.
