Ingredients:

• 150 ml – Milk
• 1/4 tsp – dry Ginger powder
• 3-4 pinches chai masala
• 1 Cardamom pounded (or 3 pinches powder)
• 1.5 tsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a heating container.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  3. Reduce the flame and simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Cover and keep for 1 minute.
  5. Strain and pour into cup.
  6. Serve hot, on cold/wet days or nights.
  7. This drink brings gives a tingling vigour in sultry climates.
