Ingredients:
• 150 ml – Milk
• 1/4 tsp – dry Ginger powder
• 3-4 pinches chai masala
• 1 Cardamom pounded (or 3 pinches powder)
• 1.5 tsp – Sugar
Method:
- Mix all ingredients well in a heating container.
- Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
- Reduce the flame and simmer for 1 minute.
- Cover and keep for 1 minute.
- Strain and pour into cup.
- Serve hot, on cold/wet days or nights.
- This drink brings gives a tingling vigour in sultry climates.
