
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cabbage, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup – onion thinly sliced
• 1.5 cup – chickpea flour
• 1tsp – red chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – turmeric powder
• 1tsp – chat masala
• 1/2 tsp – ginger garlic paste
• 1 sprig – curry Leaves
• Salt to taste
• Water – few tbsp
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Mix cabbage, onion, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and salt in a bowl and keep aside for 10-15 mins.
- Now mix chickpea flour to it and prepare pakoda batter of right consistency.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry small dumplings of the batter till golden brown.
- Remove the excess oil using kitchen towel
