
Ingredients:
• 1 – cauliflower, medium sized, chopped
• 2 – onions, medium sized, chopped
• 1 – ginger, small
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2- tomatoes, medium
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
• Fresh Dhania for garnish
Method:
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add onion and ginger paste.
- Add salt to let the onion colour evenly.
- When it turns brown, add chopped gobi and spices. Fry for a few minutes.
- Add tomatoes and close the lid of the cooker. Allow it to cook for 15 minutes on a slow fire.
- Open the cooker when cool and mash the gobi with a serving spoon.
- Garnish with garam masala and fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with rice.
