Ingredients:

• 500 g – Gobi patha (leaves)
• 150 g – baby Onion
• 2 – potatoes, big size
• 2 tbsp – vegetable oil
• Jeera powder
• chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the gobi leaves and chop finely. Boil the potatoes, mash and keep aside.
  2. Take a kadai, pour the oil, add finely chopped baby onions and fry to golden brown.
  3. Add the leaves and sprinkle some water to tender the leaves.
  4. Add all the powders, potatoes and mix everything.
  5. Add salt to taste.
