
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – finely cut Jaggery
• 3/4 cup – Ghee
• 1/2 tbsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 cup – dry Ginger powder
Method:
- Heat the ghee in a saucepan and fry the flour.
- Then add the jaggery, till properly mixed. Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Spread it on a plate and cut in squares while still warm.
- Store in an airtight box.
