
Ingredients:
• 2 – hard-boiled Egg
• 125 g – Paneer
• 50 g – mawa
• Some Corn flour
• Chilli flakes
• Oregano
• Pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mash the boiled egg with paneer and mawa along with the salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.
- Knead it coarsely forming hearts and then dipping in the corn flour batter, ready to be fried or baked.
- Serve hot with salsa mix.
