Ingredients:

• 1 cup – grated Coconut (fresh)
• 1 cup – gram flour (besan)
• 2 cups- Sugar
• 5 tbsp -ghee
• powdered Cardamom

Method:

  1. Roast the gram flour till the raw smell goes away.
  2. In a hard bottom pan, add sugar and a little water. Make a syrup of thin consistency.
  3. Add the roasted flour, grated coconut and the ghee till it thickens.
  4. Add the cardamom powder and remove from the gas.
  5. Spread it on a greased plate and cut into cubes.
  6. Allow it to cool and remove the pieces. Store in an air-tight container.
