
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – grated Coconut (fresh)
• 1 cup – gram flour (besan)
• 2 cups- Sugar
• 5 tbsp -ghee
• powdered Cardamom
Method:
- Roast the gram flour till the raw smell goes away.
- In a hard bottom pan, add sugar and a little water. Make a syrup of thin consistency.
- Add the roasted flour, grated coconut and the ghee till it thickens.
- Add the cardamom powder and remove from the gas.
- Spread it on a greased plate and cut into cubes.
- Allow it to cool and remove the pieces. Store in an air-tight container.
