Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 – medium gourd
• 1 inch piece – Ginger
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 2 pinch – Hing
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – roasted Jeera powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Yoghurt
• 1 tsp – Sugar (optional)
• 2-3 tbsp – flour
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grate ginger and lauki/gourd in a bowl. Wash coriander leaves and mix with lauki. Add all the masala, oil and yogurt and mix well.
- Add wheat flour and knead it into dough. Use little water.
- Roll out the dough into chapattis. Roast on a griddle or tava.
