
Ingredients:
• quick cooking oats – 1/2 cup
• flour – 1/2 cup
• Sugar – 2 tbsp
• low fat margarine – 1/2 cup, melted
• seedless black Grapes – 250 gm, lightly crushed
• Bananas – 2, sliced
Method:
- Combine first four ingredients with a fork.
- Place grapes and bananas in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture on top
- Bake in a mode oven (180 degrees centigrade) for about 20 minutes, till the fruit is soft and top is crisp.
- Serve warm.
