Ingredients:
• 2 cup – 100% Grape juice
• 1 cup – yogurt, chilled
• 1 Banana
• 4 tsp – gelatin
• 3 tbsp – water
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• Grapes and Banana slices to decorate
Method:
- Soak gelatin in water for 10 minutes. Stir over a low flame till completely dissolved. Add sugar.
- Pour in a glass dish and place in refrigerator to set.
- Just before serving, blend one banana with yogurt and spread on top of the jelly.
- Serve decorated with grapes and banana slices.
