Ingredients:

• 2 cup – 100% Grape juice
• 1 cup – yogurt, chilled
• 1 Banana
• 4 tsp – gelatin
• 3 tbsp – water
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• Grapes and Banana slices to decorate

Method:

  1. Soak gelatin in water for 10 minutes. Stir over a low flame till completely dissolved. Add sugar.
  2. Pour in a glass dish and place in refrigerator to set.
  3. Just before serving, blend one banana with yogurt and spread on top of the jelly.
  4. Serve decorated with grapes and banana slices.
