
Ingredients:
• 6 – medium-sized Potatoes
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Wash the potatoes in running water for 2 minutes.
- Slice the potatoes and wash again in a large vessel.
- Cover the potatoe slices in water.
- Add about 6 tsp of salt to the water.
- Heat until the water comes to boiling point and turn off the flame.
- Cool the potato slices in running water.
- Fry in a deep bowl until golden brown.
