Ingredients:

• 6 – medium-sized Potatoes
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Wash the potatoes in running water for 2 minutes.
  2. Slice the potatoes and wash again in a large vessel.
  3. Cover the potatoe slices in water.
  4. Add about 6 tsp of salt to the water.
  5. Heat until the water comes to boiling point and turn off the flame.
  6. Cool the potato slices in running water.
  7. Fry in a deep bowl until golden brown.
