Ingredients:

• 400g tender Chicken
• Oil 1/3 cup
• Onion 1
• 2 Cloves
• 1 inch piece Cinnamon
• 1 Bay Leaf
• For grinding:
• 1 tsp Dhania powder
• 2.5 tsp red chilly powder
• Cloves 6-7
• Cinnamon, small stick
• Elaichi 2
• Onion 1
• Tomato 1
• Ginger 1.5 inch piece
• Garlic 1
• Coriander leaves, handful
• Mint leaves, handful
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

Method:

  1. Grind the above ingredients into a smooth paste.
  2. Boil the chicken for 10 minutes with cloves and cinnamon. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and add onions, and bay leaves.
  4. Let the onions fry till golden brown and then add the boiled chicken.
  5. Fry it for 2 minutes and then add the masala paste. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Decorate it with coriander.
