
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 7 to 9 – Green chilli
• 20 – Curry leaves
• 2 tsp – garlic, ginger, and green chilli, ground to a paste
• To taste – soya sauce
• To taste – chilli sauce
• To taste – salt
• 2 to 3 tsp – Corn flour
• A pinch of Turmeric powder
• To fry – oil
Method:
- Coat the chicken with salt and turmeric powder.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and green chilli paste to it.
- Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a cooker and add uncut green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the marinated chicken with all the other ingredients.
- After one whistle, add salt, soya sauce, and chilli sauce and allow it to boil for some time.
- Add corn flour and cook till the consistency is dry.
