
Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1.5 kg
• Green chillies – 20
• Onions – 2 | Coriander – 1 handful
• Mint — 1 handful
• Cloves – 6
• Black Jeera – pinch
• Cardamom – 1
• Cinnamon – 3 small pieces
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Fry 3/4th quantity of the onions and green chillies till golden brown.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Make a paste of the onion and green chillies after adding coriander and mint leaves.
- Take oil in a big pan and fry cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, black jeera, onions and the paste one by one.
- Put the chicken and mix well. Let it cook till tender.
- Serve.
