Ingredients:

• Cottage cheese – 2 cups
• Cabbage leaves – 5 to 6
• Cucumbers – 1 small sized
• Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
• Onions – 1/4th cup
• Green chilli – 1
• Lime juice – 2 tsp
• Green peas – 1/4 cup
• Button Mushrooms – 1/4 cup
• Grated cheese – 3 tsp
• Coriander and Mint leaves – 1/4 cup
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the green peas until it is nearly done.
  2. Grate the cottage cheese.
  3. Chop cabbage leaves, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, cucumbers and chilli.
  4. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Add the seasoning and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve with grated cheese, chopped coriander and mint leaves.
