
Ingredients:
• Cottage cheese – 2 cups
• Cabbage leaves – 5 to 6
• Cucumbers – 1 small sized
• Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
• Onions – 1/4th cup
• Green chilli – 1
• Lime juice – 2 tsp
• Green peas – 1/4 cup
• Button Mushrooms – 1/4 cup
• Grated cheese – 3 tsp
• Coriander and Mint leaves – 1/4 cup
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Boil the green peas until it is nearly done.
- Grate the cottage cheese.
- Chop cabbage leaves, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, cucumbers and chilli.
- Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the seasoning and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with grated cheese, chopped coriander and mint leaves.
