Ingredients:

• 250 g – fresh green grams
• 50 g – grated Cabbage
• 50 g – shredded Carrot
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• salt
• 1 tbsp – chaat masala
• 2 tbsp – besan
• oil

Method:

  1. Crush the green gram, cabbage and carrot in the mixer.
  2. Add chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves to the mixture.
  3. Add the salt, chaat masala and besan.
  4. Make small balls and deep fry.
  5. Enjoy with sauce as snack.
