Ingredients:

• 250 g – boiled green gram
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Cucumber
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 Green chilli
• 1 tbsp – Orange juice
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – black pepper

Method:

  1. Take a bowl, add the boiled green gram.
  2. Add in the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves, green chilli, orange juice, pepper and salt. Mix well.
  3. Serve cold.
