Ingredients:
• 2 cups – green gram sprouts
• 10 – soya chunks (cooked)
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 – Onion (big and chopped finely)
• 1 tsp – Fennel seeds (crushed)
• 2 – Garlic Cloves (crushed)
• 1 tsp – Ginger (finely chopped)
• 4 – Green chillies (chopped)
• A few sprigs – Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil for Deep Frying
Method:
- Grind together green gram sprouts and soya chunks into a coarse paste, add rice flour, onions, fennel seeds, garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Mix into a batter.
- Make medium sized balls with the batter and drop gently into hot oil, cook on both sides until they turn golden brown. Drain excess oil with a paper towel.
