Ingredients:

• 1 kg – lamb or Mutton chops
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 6 pods – Garlic
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• Lemon juice
• Turmeric
• 2 – eggs
• plain flour
• bread crumbs
• oil for frying
• salt

Method:

  1. Boil lamb or mutton in 1 glass of water.
  2. Add salt and turmeric and cook in a pressure cooker for 10 mins.
  3. Open the lid and cook until all the water evaporates.
  4. Then grind the masala, add salt and lemon juice and coat the lamb or mutton with the masala.
  5. Dip these in plain flour, egg batter and bread crumbs and shallow fry.
