Ingredients:

• 1 – Small broccoli, chopped into florets
• 1 – Small cauliflower, chopped into florets
• 1 – Capsicum, cut into strips
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – Plain flour
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower for about 4 minutes till just tender.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients together to form a paste (except the cauliflower, capsicum and broccoli).
  3. Add this paste to the boiled broccoli and cauliflower and capsicum.
  4. Marinate for about 1 hour.
  5. Place on a baking tray and grill in the oven for about 6-8 minutes.
