Ingredients:
• 6 slices bread (brown or white)
• 3 thick slices cheese (of the size of bread)
• 1/2 tsp- crushed Red Chilli
• salt to taste
• blob of Butter
Method:
- Place 3 slices side by side.
- Place a slice of cheese on each.
- Sprinkle chilli and salt on each.
- Cover with second piece of bread.
- Cut each into quarters.
- In small skewers, push 2 quarters, each.
- Drizzle all with a little butter.
- Grill over the hot coals of a barbeque or in an oven.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
