Ingredients:

• 6 – bread slices
• 1 cup – finely cut vegetables (carrot, onions, tomatoes, beans)
• 1 cup – grated mozzarella cheese
• 2 – Green chillies
• salt

Method:

  1. Take a kadai and just saute the vegetables with little oil.
  2. To this add the green chillies finely cut and salt to taste. Fry for 1 minute.
  3. Take each slice and spread the vegetable mixture on top.
  4. On top of it add the grated cheese. Spread it fully in the shape of the bread.
  5. Preheat the oven on medium temperature and place this sandwich on the upper grill.
  6. When the cheese melts, it is ready.
  7. Eat it hot.
