Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Groundnuts (roasted and coarsely powdered)
• 1 – large Onion (finely chopped)
• 4 slices – Bread (soaked in water and drained)
• 4-5 Green chillies
• Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tbsp – Ginger-Garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• 2-3 tbsp – Maida (add water to make thick batter as for batata wadas)

Method:

  1. Mix all together to form a thick mixture. Make balls. Press, dip in maida paste and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
