
Ingredients:
• 1 liter – whole Milk
• 100gms – Sugar
• 50 gms – ground nuts
• 1 tsp – elachi powder
• 6 Almonds
• 50 gms – khoya
• 1 tbsp – cashew pieces
• 1 tbsp – Raisins
Method:
- Grind ground nuts along with almonds and a little milk to a course paste and keep aside.
- Boil and reduce milk by half, add sugar and let it simmer till the sugar dissolves.
- Add nut paste, lightly fried khoya and mix well. Let it cook under a low heat till the kheer becomes a little thick.
- Add cashews, raisins and elachi powder. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Serve chilled/warm .
