
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – White Jaggery
• 300 g – Crushed ground nuts
• 1 tsp – Ghee.
Method:
- Melt the jaggery in a thick-bottomed vessel with 1 cup of water until it forms a thick syrup.
- Now add the crushed ground nuts and the ghee and cook on low heat until the mixture forms a ball and leaves the sides of the vessel.
- Pour onto a greased plate and spread it with a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Let it cool, and cut into squares.
