Ingredients:

• 2 ripe Avocados
• 1 ripe Tomato
• 1/2 bell pepper
• 1 Onion
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• 2 tbsp of yogurt
• Salt, pepper and chilli powder for taste

Method:

  1. Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl, add yogurt and mash the mixture well.
  2. Chop the onion, tomato and bell pepper. Add the chopped vegetables to the mixture in the bowl.
  3. Add the lemon juice.
  4. Add salt and pepper for taste.
  5. Add chilli powder if you prefer the dip to be more spicy.
  6. Serve as an appetizer with breadsticks or nacho chips.
