Ingredients:
• 5 slices – bread
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 5 tbsp – Ghee
• 2 cups – Milk
• Water for syrup
Method:
- Trim the bread slices and dip in milk. Squeeze out most of the milk and make balls.
- Make sure they are not too wet and fry in 5 tbsp ghee.
- Do not make them too dark in colour.
- Prepare a sugar syrup and soak the roasted balls.
- Gulab jamun is ready.
