Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Rice
• Coriander – 1 bunch
• Few sprigs – Curry leaves
• Garam Masala – Cloves, Cinnamon sticks
• 3 – Cloves of Garlic
• 2 ” piece -ginger
• 2 – Onions
• 8 – Green chillies
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• 1.5 tsp of Garam Masala powder
• Salt
Method:
- Make a paste of the coriander, curry leaves, chillies, ginger, garlic and half the onions.
- Finely chop the rest of the onions.
- Cook rice separately.
- Pour some oil and add whole garam masala, like cloves, cardamom etc.
- Fry the finely chopped onions, add the paste, add 1 tsp chilli powder and garam masala powder.
- Add salt. Fry this mixture for some time and add a little water and then add the cooked rice and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
