
Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs, hard-boiled chopped into four
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp – oil or Butter
• Salt to taste
• Grind to a paste:
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – fresh, grated Coconut
• 3 – Cloves
• 1/2 tsp – Poppy Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves
• 4 pods – Garlic
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai; fry onion till light brown.
- Stir in the ground masala and fry till the oil separates
- Add salt and mix well
- Add eggs slowly, stir gently
- Add 1/2 cup water to get gravy consistency
- Serve hot with rice or roti
