Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Mutton chops
• 1 tbsp each – Garlic and Ginger paste
• For masala (grind together):
• 1 – chopped Tomato
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 2 cups – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – whole cumin (jeera) seeds
• 4 – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – cornflour
• 1/2 cup – chopped Mint leaves
• 1 tbsp – salt
• 2 tbsp – whole peppercorns
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala paste
• For Coating: 3 – eggs, beaten
• 2 cups – breadcrumbs

Method:

  1. Marinate mutton chops with 1 tbsp each of garlic and ginger paste and 1.5 tsp of salt for 4 hours.
  2. Shallow fry in oil and keep it aside.
  3. Apply the masala paste generously to the pre-fried chops.
  4. Coat it with bread-crumbs and egg.
  5. Shallow fry once on each side for 3 to 4 minutes each.
  6. Serve it hot with French fries.
