Ingredients:

• 300 g – white fish (5 pieces)
• 20 g – Spinach
• 10 g – Mint
• 5 g – coriander
• 1 Green chilli
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Amchoor powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• a pinch – salt
• 1/4 tsp – kasoori Methi
• a pinch – ajwain
• 30 g – Curd
• 5 g – ginger/garlic paste
• 50 g – oil

Method:

  1. Clean, cut and wash the fish, keep aside.
  2. Grind spinach, coriander and green chilli to a paste, add rest of the ingredients for a marinade.
  3. Add fish, keep aside for 20 mins.
  4. Skewer the fish and barbeque for about 10-12 mins.
  5. Baste with oil until well done.
  6. Serve hot on a bed of onions garnished with sauteed garlic.
