Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – boiled and mashed Potatoes
• 1/4 cup – boiled peas
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped French beans
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Carrots
• 1/2 cup – Spinach leaves torn into pieces
• 2 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 2 tbsp – chopped Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – chopped Ginger
• 2 tsp – fresh breadcrumbs
• A few drops of green food colour
• A few drops of Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except the oil and divide into 8 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a ball and press lightly to make flat kebabs.
- Roll it in bread crumbs.
- Deep-fry the kebabs in hot oil till they are golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
