Hariyali roti means green colored roti. Here is the healthy version of roti or chapati. This roti is packet of full of health benefits. It is perfect for kid’s lunch-box. Ingredients
– 200 gm rice flour
– 50 gm corn flour
– 1 bunch chopped methi leaves
– 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
– 1 bunch chopped mint leaves
– ? cup grated onion
– ? teaspoon ginger paste
– ? teaspoon garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon green chilli paste
– 1 teaspoon aniseed( ajwain )
– ? cup curd
– Salt to taste
– Oil as required
How To Cook?
1. Place rice flour and corn flour along with methi leaves, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Mix them well.
2. Now, add grated onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste, aniseed, 1 tablespoon oil and salt to it and mix it again.
3. Then make dough with curd to smooth consistency. Keep aside for half an hour.
4. After ? an hour take dough and divide it into equal balls.
5. Now, roll out each balls into the desired size.
6. Then after cook the chapati on a hot tawa by applying 1 teaspoon of oil on each side till well roasted.
7. Serve this delicious hariyali roti with raita.
