Ingredients:
• soya or Olive oil – 1 tbsp
• minced Garlic – 2 tsp
• Carrot – 1.5 cup, thinly sliced
• Capsicum – 1.5 cup, diced
• Leeks – 1.5 cup, sliced
• cooked Chicken breast – 1.5 cup, flake
• chili flakes – 1 tsp
• Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
• Lime juice – 1 tsp
• roasted Almonds – 3 tbsp
• skimmed Chicken stock – 1 cup
• quick cooking oats – 2 tbsp
• MSG a pinch
• Sugar a pinch
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a non stick fry pan.
- Fry garlic till fragrant.
- Stir fry all the vegetables till tender crisp.
- Add all the ingredients till roasted almond.
- Remove from fire.
- Add MSG, sugar and salt.
- Cook oats in chicken stock for 2-3 minutes and pour over the chicken and vegetable mixture and serve immediately.
