Ingredients:

• 200 g – Macaroni
• 1 big – Onion, finely chopped
• 2 big – Tomatoes, finely chopped
• 1 big – Capsicum, cut into long slices
• 2 – Carrots, finely grated
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Turmeric powder- a pinch
• Grated cheese – for garnishing
• Oil.

Method:

  1. Heat water with 1 spoon of oil in a bowl.
  2. When the water starts boiling, add the macaroni and let it cook.
  3. Drain and keep aside.
  4. Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and saute the ginger garlic paste.
  5. Then add some chopped onions and saute until brown.
  6. Now add the capsicum, carrot and stir fry. Add the tomatoes and saute until the mixture blends.
  7. Now add the chilli powder, garam masala, salt and turmeric powder and fry until the oil separates from the gravy.
  8. Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  9. Garnish with grated cheese.
