Ingredients:
• 200 g – Macaroni
• 1 big – Onion, finely chopped
• 2 big – Tomatoes, finely chopped
• 1 big – Capsicum, cut into long slices
• 2 – Carrots, finely grated
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Turmeric powder- a pinch
• Grated cheese – for garnishing
• Oil.
Method:
- Heat water with 1 spoon of oil in a bowl.
- When the water starts boiling, add the macaroni and let it cook.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and saute the ginger garlic paste.
- Then add some chopped onions and saute until brown.
- Now add the capsicum, carrot and stir fry. Add the tomatoes and saute until the mixture blends.
- Now add the chilli powder, garam masala, salt and turmeric powder and fry until the oil separates from the gravy.
- Add the cooked macaroni and mix well.
- Garnish with grated cheese.
