Ingredients:

• 1 – Carrot
• 1/4 – Lauki
• 1/4 – Cauliflower
• 1/4 – Cabbage
• 10 – beans
• 1 – Potato
• 1 – Tomato
• 1/2 – Capsicum
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – cumin powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash, peel and cut carrots, lauki and potato into 1 cm pieces.
  2. Cut cauliflower florets and keep aside.
  3. Cut beans into 1.5 cm pieces.
  4. Dice tomatoes into 8 pieces and cut cabbage into 1.5 cm pieces.
  5. De-seed and cut capsicum into 1.5 cm pieces.
  6. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add bay leaf, pepper powder and fry.
  7. Add vegetables, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
  8. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  9. Remove from heat and serve.
