
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup – fresh Mint leaves
• 1/2 cup – fresh coriander
• 1 tbsp – fresh chopped Ginger
• 1 Clove – garlic, chopped
• 1 medium size green mango, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – ground fennel powder
• 2 tbsp – water
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, saute the onion until golden brown in colour.
- Add the ground masala paste to the pan, cook until the herbs release an aroma.
- Add the prawns, stir and cook for about 5 mins. or until tender.
- Serve hot
