Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – plain flour
• 1 cup – chocolate syrup
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 3 – Egg whites
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• Salt – to taste
• 1/2 cup – chopped nuts

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar till light. Add eggs and beat well till fluffy.
  2. Add chocolate syrup and vanilla essence.
  3. Mix it well.
  4. Mix flour and salt and beat well.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  6. Pour the mixture in a baking dish.
  7. Garnish it with nuts and bake for 25 minutes. (Till a toothpick comes out clean when put in the centre.)
  8. Cool.
  9. Refrigerate before serving.
