Hot and spicy vegetable soup, Indo-Chinese delicacy
2 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoon chopped spring onions
2 tablespoon chopped carrots
2 tablespoon chopped cabbage
2 tablespoon noodles cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
11/2 tablespoon cornflour (dissolved in 3 tablespoon water)
1 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 cups Water
Salt to taste
1. Boil all the vegetables and noodles in water. When the vegetables are tender and noodles are cooked.
2. Mix chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper powder, ajinomotto and bring to boil.
3. Mix cornflour dissolved in water to the soup stirring constantly until soup thickens.
4. Cook for a minute.
5. Serve hot.
