
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg Lime
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli
• Sugar
• 2 tsp – Methi seed
• Rai
• Water
• Salt
Method:
- Cut lime in small pieces.
- Take a vessel.
- Add oil, 2 tsp of methi seeds, little rai, 2 tsp red chilli powder, salt, lime and little water.
- Keep gas stove on simmer till the lime becomes very tender.
- Remove from gas and let it cool.
- Store in bottle and refrigerate.
