Ingredients:
• 10 -dry Red Chillies
• 2 -chopped red Tomatoes
• 5 Cloves -garlic
• 1 big piece -ginger
• 1/2 -celery stick
• 1/2 cup -chopped Onions
• 1 tbsp -soy sauce
• 1 tbsp- oil
• 1 tbsp- Corn starch(mix a little water)
• Salt
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients in a pan, add some water and cook in medium flame until cooked.
- Grind it and make a smooth puree.
- Heat the pan, pour this puree, add the corn starch and simmer until sauce thickens.
